Filling, sealing and capping systems

To give our customers the opportunity to have packaging other than bags, in our range of production we have included equipment for filling, sealing and capping containers made of plastic, laminated paper, glass and tinplate. The shapes of containers are extremely varied, according to requirements of the customer, the product and the market.

CBR

Rotary step machine with reduced dimensions and productive capacity of up to 4,500 pieces/ hour. Suitable for plastic or stackable laminated paper containers. Can be combined with multihead weighers, linear weighers, auger dosers for powder products, pneumatic dosers for liquids, and cup dosers for granular products.

• Product dosage area.
• Thermosealing with film from reel and tab for easy opening. Alternatively, thermosealing with pre-punched layers.
• Automatic capping of containers, with unstackable and non-unstackable caps.

LRB

Rotary step machine with reduced dimensions and productive capacity of up to 3.000 pieces/ hour. Suitable for plastic, laminated paper, tinplate or glass containers. Can be combined with multihead weighers, linear weighers, auger dosers for powder products, pneumatic dosers for liquids, and cup dosers for granular products.

• Input auger in order to space and to phase the containers.
• Input star, containers positioning star in the filling point and output star with continuous motion driven by single motor.
• Product dosage area.

CAP

Linear step machine for high productivity of up to 19,000 pieces/hour. Suitable for plastic containers or laminated paper containers, stackable and non-stackable. Special shaped container cups make the machine able to produce more varied and irregular shapes without changing format. Can be combined with multihead weighers, linear weighers, piece counting device, auger dosers for powder products, pneumatic dosers for liquids, and cup dosers for granular products.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC AND AUTOMATIC LINES

Lines developed with transport systems in line for containers with various shapes in plastic, for trays and glass jars. Modular lines that can start with only a few automatic stations with the possibility of implementing the remainder at a later date according to the development of production. Can be combined with multihead weighers, linear weighers, auger dosers for powder products, pneumatic dosers for liquids, and cup dosers for granular products.

LRS

Linear step machine for unstacking, filling, sealing and capping plastic and metal buckets. Possibility of using format from 1kg up to 25kg of product with fast and automatic format changes. Suitable for filling with liquids, pastes and creams, food and non-food.

• Bucket automatic unstacking by Cartesian axis driven by servomotors brushless and with buckets storage.
• Product dosage area with a weight load cell. Dosing head with drip catcher.
• Heat sealing film from a reel.
• Automatic Capping buckets with unstackable caps by Cartesian axis driven by servomotors brushless with lids storage.
• Beading of metal lids.
